Smuuve is a natural, nourishing "keratin treatment" based on botanical ingredients without animal keratin, formaldehyde or any harmful substances. The natural ingredients fill the damaged areas and thus 'renews' each individual hair. The result is visibly healthy, silky smooth and shiny hair.

The smuuve treatment is suitable for all hair types. Our products are professional salon smoothing products in easy to use kits. They are 100% safe and based on natural ingredients. 1. Wash the hair with the sulfate free smuuve shampoo, do not use a conditioner.

2. Troughly dry the hair with a hairdryer.

3. Shake the smoothing spray well before use.

4. Apply smuuve smoothing spray to thin sections of dry hair and comb trough so that each strand is evenly saturated.

5. Relax for 40-60 minutes while the keratin can sink in.
For fine to medium hair, natural, color treated or bleached - let it act for 40 minutes
For medium or thick hair, color treated or bleached- let it act for 60 minutes

6. Rinse well after the recommended action time with only water.
Do not use shampoo or conditioner. Make sure that the product rinsed all over the hair. 
7. Dry the hair with a hairdryer, a brush can also be used.

8. Separate the dried hair into thin sections and apply the straightener to each section 8-10 times, 3 passes on the root area and then 7 root to tip passes in a consistent and slow manner.
For fine to medium hair, natural, color treated or bleached - use a temperature between 180-200
For medium or thick hair, color treated or bleached- use a temperature between 200-230

For optimal results, we recommend that you carry out the application step by step, precisely and in detail. Including the soaking time of approx. 1 hour, the application takes approx. 2 hours. 

Hair can immediately be washed. However, washing is not necessary after the treatment, as the hair looks healthy, shiny and well-groomed.

For the application you need a Straightening iron that can be heated from 180-230 degrees,  a blow dryer, hair clips, a comb, a shower and a towel.

How strong and how long the smoothing effect is depends on your hair structure and the care afterwards. The fact is that your hair will look healthy and silky smooth after the treatment. With the right care afterwards, the effect of silky smooth hair lasts up to 3 months.

Aftercare is very important to guarantee long-lasting results. Use the smuuve sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner as well as the special leave-in conditioner for reactivation. After each wash, the hair should be blow-dried with a hairdryer, as this is a thermal treatment that is enhanced and reactivated by heat. 

No. Just blow-dry, possibly with a hairbrush. As it is a thermal treatment, we recommend blow-drying the hair dry after every wash so that the effect lasts permanently. 

Smuuve treatment can save you from having to cut your hair and revitalise it in a natural way. Our treatment is classified as a conditioning treatment. So if you have dry and damaged hair this treatment is exactly for you! The natural bioactive and antioxidants will deeply repair and smooth your hair cuticles and improve moisture retention and the biotin will promote hair growth.

No problem. You can color your hair either before or immediately after the treatment. This does not influence the effect.

Yes. To our beach lovers we recommend our leave-in conditioner, which reactivates the treatment after each application and protects it from external influences. However, salt water can minimally reduce the effect as it washes out the nourishing ingredients faster. 

If you want to have beautiful beachwaves, no problem! The hair will return to its straight state after the next shampoo.

Yes, feel free for your favourite hair styles. You should wait a while after application.

If the hair is already brittle and damaged by excessive bleaching or/and strong chemical products, it may appear dry after the treatment as the application requires sealing the hair with a hot iron.  The treatment cannot completely restore the existing damage, but it can nourish and protect with moisture and smooth the hair to a silky softness.  If you have very damaged hair ends, we recommend that you do not run the iron too much over the ends.
